A couple of days ago Helene visited our gallery. Initially she came to buy a poster and we ended up talking about different artists from Christiania. Helene told us about a painting by William Skotte Olsen she had inherited from her father and how since she was a little girl felt a deep connection with that particular painting, and how that was the only thing she really wanted to inherit in remembrance of her father and childhood.
This conversation lead to us showing her the painting of William Skotte Olsen that Marios Orozco did for his exhibition "Christiania`s Valhalla" in 2017.
Today Helene came to buy the painting adding yet another original painting by an artist from Christiania to her private collection.
